ugh, enough is enough. if I could unfollow any one who works at tumblr(except topherchris, if he works there, idr) I would. In a heart beat.
i joined tumblr because it’s an awesome microblogging platform. and then you fucked it up with the tumblr crush thing. Which, ok whatever. I’ll deal.
Then today I come home and I’m browsing my dashboard and can’t find my ‘who follows you’ page. It’s been replaced with a tumblarity feature? what the fuck. seriously. the only people who care about where they are in the top blogs, and what their ‘number’ is are stupid people. stop catering to the julia allisons of tumblr and start doing things that the rest of your users want. like, a hug button. or something else.
this tumblarity thing is just another way the tumblr higher ups are turning what was once an amazing microblogging platform into an internet version of the high school popularity contest.
