I could have written this a while ago when you started spamming us with a barrage of half-naked women and pictures of your nieces (a creepy mix) and just how lonely you come across, when all we want is someone who is going to trawl through the liberal blogs for videos that show how bad Fox News is, but I waited for you to post a screen cap of poll results showing that Americans didn’t support Obama’s handling of health care with your caption “The hate mongers are winning. So sad.”
How does one infuse hatred into a health care debate? I understand that you have a very limited intellectual backing to your opinions (that I often agree with you on), but universal health care can’t be approached as a no-brainer like Prop 8 was to the liberals. Just because you don’t understand the dangers of socialism doesn’t mean that everyone warning you is a small-minded Cold War crank. You simply don’t know what you’re asking for. If you can’t see why we shouldn’t have the people who handle our horrible roads and ridiculous military expeditions handling our personal health, I don’t think there’s any way to get through to you. It’s their handling of health care that has gotten us into this mess in the first place.
Your belief that every human deserves equal health care is quaint. Doesn’t everyone deserve the same standard of living? The same aesthetic qualities? Temperate climates? The ability to eat tub after tub of Ben & Jerry’s without putting on a pound? If you want to be at the same level as everyone else, I think you’ll be surprised at just how low that’s taken you, and after you let the government take you there, you’ll find they may just take a few other liberties while they’re at it, as they do in Cuba, the UK, and so on.
I’m not asking you to smarten up. Just keep your opinions to yourself and go back to posting things that don’t make you come across as a lonely idiot, because we simple did not want to know.
